📞 Warranty Claims

Initiate via WhatsApp ONLY:

  1. Message +971 55 503 4906 with:
    • Order number & purchase date
    • Issue description + photos/videos
    • Your location (for fee calculation)
  2. DO NOT email - WhatsApp is our exclusive channel.

🚚 Pickup & Transport

  • Courier arranged within 24h of claim approval
  • Customer pays:
    • Pickup fee: AED 30–120 (based on emirate)
    • Return fee: Same as pickup (disclosed upfront)
  • Fees apply regardless of warranty coverage

⚙️ Service Process

  1. Inspection (3 business days):
    • Covered defect → Free repair/replacement
    • Non-covered issue → Repair quote sent via WhatsApp
  2. Approval:
    • Reply "APPROVE" to quote → Repair in 48h
    • No reply within 5 days → Scooter returned as-is
  3. Return:
    • Repaired scooter shipped after payment confirmation

⚠️ Coverage & Exclusions

Covered (12 months from purchase):

  • Motor/battery failure
  • Controller defects
  • Manufacturing flaws

Void if:

  • Physical damage (drops/accidents)
  • Water exposure
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Non-compliance with user manual

💰 Fee Structure

Service Cost
Diagnosis Free
Pickup/Return AED 30–150 (location-based)
Non-warranty labor AED 50/hour
Parts At cost + 10% markup

❗ Customer Responsibilities

  1. Maintain proof of purchase (digital receipt accepted)
  2. Perform monthly maintenance per manual
  3. Report issues within 72h of occurrence

📌 Policy Note: Transport fees are non-refundable even for warranty-covered repairs.
