🚚 Pickup & Transport
- Courier arranged within 24h of claim approval

Customer pays:
- Pickup fee: AED 30–120 (based on emirate)
- Return fee: Same as pickup (disclosed upfront)
- Fees apply regardless of warranty coverage
⚙️ Service Process

Inspection (3 business days):
- Covered defect → Free repair/replacement
- Non-covered issue → Repair quote sent via WhatsApp

Approval:
- Reply "APPROVE" to quote → Repair in 48h
- No reply within 5 days → Scooter returned as-is

Return:
- Repaired scooter shipped after payment confirmation
⚠️ Coverage & Exclusions
Covered (12 months from purchase):
- Motor/battery failure
- Controller defects
- Manufacturing flaws
Void if:
- Physical damage (drops/accidents)
- Water exposure
- Unauthorized modifications
- Non-compliance with user manual
