1. Agreement

All brand materials (logos, designs, manuals) are Zaplon’s exclusive property. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Purchases

  • Provide accurate, current information when ordering.
  • All transactions are final unless otherwise stated in warranty policies.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

5. Limitation of Liability
Zaplon is not liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (e.g., data loss, property damage).
  • Injuries or losses from product misuse or failure to follow safety guidelines.
    Liability cap: Total purchase price of the product/service.

6. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by UAE laws. Disputes will be resolved in UAE courts.

7. Policy Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of products/services constitutes acceptance of changes.
