Proof Required:

  • Original purchase receipt (WhatsApp-forwarded confirmation accepted)
  • Digital warranty certificate (sent post-purchase)

❌ Void Conditions

Warranty is invalid if:

  1. Water Exposure: Riding in rain/puddles >4cm deep
  2. Physical Damage: Drops, crashes, or impact marks
  3. Unauthorized Modifications: Non-Zaplon parts or repairs
  4. Improper Use:
    • Exceeding 120kg weight limit
    • Commercial use/resale
    • Storage in humid/direct sunlight conditions
  5. Missing Identifiers: Tampered serial numbers/QR codes

🔧 Resolution Process

  1. Diagnosis: Free assessment via WhatsApp (+971 55 503 4906)
  2. Options:
    • Covered Defects: Free replacement parts shipped or repair at facility
    • Non-Covered: Repair quote (AED 50/hr labor + parts cost)
  3. Refurbished Parts: May be used if new components unavailable

💸 Customer Responsibilities

  • Shipping: Pay all transport fees (AED 30–150 each way)
  • Reporting: Notify issues within 72 hours of discovery
  • Maintenance: Monthly tire pressure/brake checks per manual

⚖️ Liability Disclaimer

  • Maximum Liability: Purchase price of scooter
  • Excluded Damages:
    • Accidents/injuries from product use
    • Data loss (if applicable)
    • Commercial revenue loss
  • No Transfer: Valid only for original purchaser
