- ✅ Covered: Free repairs/replacements
- ❌ Not covered: Repair quote provided
- Approve quote → We fix | Reject quote → Scooter returned as-is

- Customer pays: All pickup/return delivery fees (location-based)

• Misuse/accidents/water damage (>4cm depth)
• Unauthorized modifications
• Lack of maintenance per user manual - Non-transferable: Original purchaser only
