📋 How to Claim Warranty

  1. Submit Service Request

    • Include:
      • Full name
      • Order number & purchase date
      • Detailed issue description
      • Photos/videos (if possible)
  2. Pickup Arrangement

    • We arrange courier pickup (location-based fee applies)
    • Customer covers all pickup/return delivery fees
  3. Inspection & Evaluation

    • Technicians assess if issue is covered under warranty
    • You receive results within 48 hours
  4. Resolution

    •  Covered: Free repairs/replacements
    •  Not covered: Repair quote provided
    • Approve quote → We fix | Reject quote → Scooter returned as-is

⚠️ Key Conditions

  • Customer pays: All pickup/return delivery fees (location-based)
  • Warranty void if:
    • Misuse/accidents/water damage (>4cm depth)
    • Unauthorized modifications
    • Lack of maintenance per user manual
  • Non-transferable: Original purchaser only
